A society in which children with special needs can grow and develop to their full potential for independent living.
To promote a God-fearing, equal rights and equitable opportunities for children with special needs through assessment, rehabilitation, capacity building and advocacy.
"Dare to be true." It's a daily commitment — to be honest with the children and families we serve, true to our mission, and unafraid to advocate for what every child deserves.
