Our Vision

A society in which children with special needs can grow and develop to their full potential for independent living.

Our Mission

To promote a God-fearing, equal rights and equitable opportunities for children with special needs through assessment, rehabilitation, capacity building and advocacy.

Our Motto

"Dare to be true." It's a daily commitment — to be honest with the children and families we serve, true to our mission, and unafraid to advocate for what every child deserves.

What Guides Our Work

  1. To conduct community mobilisation for sensitisation, and child psycho-educational assessment for intervention.
  2. To promote children's health and advocate for their rights.
  3. To develop basic vocational skills in affordable and manageable fields like agriculture, music, dance & drama, food preparation and home management.
  4. To act as a model centre for hands-on training of students from higher institutions of learning.
  5. To promote environmental conservation strategies and practices for sustainable development.

Children We Welcome

Every centre has to work within its facilities and staff training. Here's an honest picture of who we can support today.

Have a different situation?

The list on the left covers most of the children at CeSA today, but it isn't a strict rule — every child is different, and our facilities and staff training are still growing. Wheelchair access and support for hearing impairments are two areas we're not fully set up for, but please don't assume the answer is no.
